Volunteer Opportunities

Gymnastics Mississauga offers an exciting leadership-based volunteer pathway for all youth who enjoy working with children and want to gain valuable experience in a fun, supportive, and energetic environment.

Whether you’re completing your high school community service hours or simply looking to learn, grow, and give back to your community, we welcome your application.

No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Our experienced staff will mentor you as you develop leadership, teamwork, communication, responsibility, and coaching skills through hands-on experience.

For dedicated volunteers, this program may also lead to future employment opportunities with Gymnastics Mississauga.

Volunteer Opportunities Form

Recreational Program Employment for Youth

Our Recreational Program provides outstanding employment opportunities for youth who are interested in becoming gymnastics coaches. Positions such as Recreational Coach or  Coach in Training (CIT) offer hands-on experience in a structured leadership development program.

No previous coaching experience is required for (CIT’s) — we are welcome enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

This is more than just a job — it’s a leadership pathway designed to help youth gain valuable skills, confidence, and real coaching experience that will support future careers in any field.
