Volunteer Opportunities for Youth

Gymnastics Mississauga offers an exciting leadership-based volunteer pathway for youth who enjoy working with children and want to gain valuable experience in a fun and supportive environment.

We proudly welcome high school students looking to complete their required volunteer hours while developing skills in teamwork, communication, and leadership.

No previous experience is necessary — just a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Volunteering with us is also a great first step toward potential future employment opportunities within Gymnastics Mississauga.

Volunteer Highlights:

• You must be at least 13 years old to be considered for volunteer opportunities.

• For volunteers 18 years and older, a Vulnerable Sector Police Check is mandatory.

Recreational Program Employment for Youth

Our Recreational Program provides outstanding employment opportunities for youth who are interested in becoming gymnastics coaches. Positions such as Coach in Training (CIT) or Recreational Coach offer hands-on experience in a structured leadership development program.

No previous coaching experience is required — we are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

This is more than just a job — it’s a leadership pathway designed to help youth gain valuable skills, confidence, and real coaching experience that will support future careers in any field.
