We are looking for Gymnastics Coaches to bring enthusiasm, dedication and make a positive contribution to our club. Since 1969, Gymnastics Mississauga has been providing outstanding gymnastics programs in a safe and supportive environment. Permanent, Full Time Position (36 hours/week)
Salary: salary commensurate with experience along with an attractive benefits package and monthly incentives.

This is a permanent position to work with a team of committed coaches in a world class gymnastics facility located in the landmark building of the Hershey Centre in Mississauga. We are a not-for-profit organization established in 1969, aiming for excellence and promoting the love of the sport of gymnastics.

We are looking for enthusiastic a motivated coach who are committed to our long term vision for our WAG program. We offer an attractive benefits package, monthly incentives and fun gym organized events to attend with your coaching peers. We value maintaining a close-knit and positive community of coaches who are willing to learn together and grow in their knowledge with our full support.

Applicants must be at least level 2 certified, have Risk Management (or willing to obtain), have or willing to obtain first aid and CPR, have a valid Vulnerable Sector Check, Trampoline L2 and Choreography experience are an asset.

Note: Typical work week will be scheduled shifts depending upon team assignments.

Position: Men's and/or Women's Artistic Gymnastics Recreational Coach OR Acrobatic Gymnastics Recreational Coach

We are looking for:

  • Attention to differences in childrens’ needs and abilities

  • Punctuality and commitment
  • Effective problem solving skills


  • Individuals who are knowledgeable and enjoy sport and recreation
  • Gymnastics, cheerleading, dance or mixed martial arts experience is an asset
  • Personal training experience is an asset
  • 1-2 years experience working with children in a physical activity setting is an asset
  • Knowledge of healthy child development is an asset
  • Standard First Aid & CPR-C required
  • NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) certification is an asset
